CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Ambassadors with the Valley City Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting ceremony at Cornerstone Rentals LLC in Valley City on April 26th.

The owner David Singleton said the company operates 140 to 150 units in Valley City. He said one company goal is to provide affordable housing in the community.

He said another incentive is to work with the local police department to develop a good working relationship with them and his tenants in the community.

Singleton said Matthew Kenney is the manager of the Valley City, Fargo and Bismarck offices with Trishia Murray working in the Valley City office and Craig McGraw as head of the maintenance department. The Valley City office is located at 234 East Main Street.
