N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown High baseball team improved their record to 4-4 on the year by winning the nightcap of their twin bill with Minot. The Magi took the opener 2-0, but Ryder Lunzman’s strong effort on the mound in game two lead them to the win.

Lunzman went 6.1 innings while giving up four earned runs to ear the victory. Ben Friebel got the final two outs for the save.

The Jays had just four hits in that second game, but three were for extra bases.

Jamestown is at Bismarck on Friday and Williston on Saturday.
