N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – An Oklahoma man was charged following a collision Monday morning in Jamestown.

James Anthony Herrin, 65, of Perkins, Oklahoma was northbound on Highway 281 when he disobeyed a red light and struck a Durango driven by Gary Marks, 39, of Ypsilanti at the intersection. The Durango was pushed into a Ford Focus driven by Maynard Baker, 67, of Center.

Fire Lt. Sheldon Mohr reported that Marks needed to be extricated from the vehicle. He was then transported to the Jamestown Regional Medical Center with serious, but non-life threatening injuries.

No other injuries were reported. Herrin was later cited by Jamestown Police for disobeying a red light. Click here for the original story.
