N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A free, public forum called “Most Likely to Succeed” has been set for 6 PM on Tuesday, April 18th at the Jamestown High School Auditorium.
The forum will ask the question “Can Jamestown students be most likely to succeed?” and show a documentary focused on 21st century learning. Jamestown Public Schools Superintendent Rob Lech says that as they continue to focus on facility needs for students, it’s also important to look at the learning needs for the students as well.
The documentary being shown provides elements of the book “Most Likely to Succeed” and adds a North Dakota twist on it. Lech says the 30 minute video will be shown before a discussion that evening.
Lech says the forum will give students, parents and patrons a chance to see some ways North Dakota can grow and become “Most Likely to Succeed”.
State Superintendent Kirsten Baesler, Lech, Jamestown High School Principal Adam Gehlhar and Sean Rinkenberger will be speaking during the event.
The forum is being sponsored by the Jamestown Public Schools, Greater North Dakota Chamber and the Jamestown Chamber of Commerce.
