CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Valley City School board honored the Hi Liner EDC Instrumental Small Group Ensemble during their regular board meeting on March 15th.

Under the direction of Tom Kjelland a number of Hi Liners were recognized by the Valley City school board.

Superintendent Josh Johnson said the school board honors students and staff members during their month school board meeting.
