N.D. (AP) – The National Weather Service has posted
watches and warnings for winter storm and blizzard conditions in
parts of the Dakotas tomorrow into Wednesday. Much of North Dakota
got snow yesterday. As much as 10 inches fell in the northern part
of the state.
     
MINOT, N.D. (AP) – FEMA has allocated money to help repair a
flood-damaged school in Minot. Nearly $2.9 million will be used to
fix up Longfellow Elementary. It’s already allocated about $30
million to rebuild Lincoln Elementary and Eric Ramstad Middle
School.
     
FARGO, N.D. (AP) – About half a dozen people have been displaced
by a late-night fire in Fargo. The fire broke out shortly before
midnight at a home that had been converted to apartments. Most of
the damage was confined to a basement unit and no one was hurt.
     
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) – North Dakota’s Game and Fish Department
has a website and telephone hotline to keep goose hunters up to
date on migrations. The spring light goose season opened earlier
this month and runs through May 6th. Check the Game and Fish
