(NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown High hockey teams had their season come to end last month and now the postseason awards are being to be released. The All-WDA teams for the boys and the All-state team for the girls were released this week.

The Jays put two players on the All-WDA team with junior Connor Fuchs and Matt Schneider garnering the honors. Jamestown saw their season end in the West Region tournament when they lost to Williston.

The Jamestown girls didn’t make the state tournament, but senior Haley Hillstrom was named an all-state defenseman. She is headed to Northern State to play soccer in the fall.
