Don Barnes Named Hi Liner Fan of The Year

 CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The Valley City Hi Liner Booster Club named Don Barnes the Hi Liner Fan of The Year by honoring him recently with the Carl Tait Memorial Hi Liner Fan Award.

Hi Liner Booster Club president Ryan Mathias said Don’s support of Hi Liner athletics is above and beyond and his support of the Hi Liners is much appreciated.
