LAKE, N.D. – (NewsDakota.com0 The Valley City speech team attended the Devils Lake Speech Invitational. There were 15 teams in attendance. Valley City managed to take 1st in the team sweepstakes with 180 points.

Rugby captured 2nd place with 70 points followed by Jamestown with 64 points.
