(NewsDakota.com) Anna Holen had a team high 25 points, and Jackie Meiklejohn added another 13 as the LaMoure-Litchville/Marion girls basketball team defeated South Border 58-47 Friday night.

LLM (12-6, 3-3 Class B District 5) was down by two after the first quarter before rallying in the second quarter, outscoring South Border (8-10, 2-3 Class B District 6) 16-10 in the second quarter. The game was tied at 40 going to the fourth quarter, before the Loboes put up 18 points to the Mustangs’ seven points in the final eight minutes.

Katie Schmidt lead the Mustangs with 13 points.

Both teams have their final games of the regular season Monday night; LLM goes to Tower City to face Maple Valley, while South Border welcomes Enderlin in Wishek.
