N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The Valley City High School speech team traveled to the North Sargent Speech tournament in Gwinner on Saturday, January 28th.

VCHS Student Advisor Nicholas Lee said as a team the Hi Liners placed 2nd with 131 sweepstakes points. Enderlin-MV placed first with 195 points and West Fargo Sheyenne was 3rd with 41 points. There were 15 teams in attendance.
