N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Jamestown Fire Chief Jim Reuther has released the latest numbers in their weekly run report.

The recent run report gives more details on the fire January 9th at Lloyds Electronics. Although the investigation is ongoing, the report says it took firefighters around 2 hours and 10 minutes on scene.

Call No. 11 January 9th, 1:09PM, fire department responded to 2016 1st Ave South, Lloyds Electronic, to a report of a fire. Firefighters extinguished the fire and investigated. Cause-under investigation. No injuries were reported. Time out 2 hours and 10 minutes.

Call No. 12 January 10th, 9:15AM, ready squad responded to 2605 Circle Drive, NDSH-Lahaug Building, to investigate fire alarm activation. Firefighters checked for smoke/fire none was detected. Cause-testing system Fire alarm was reset. Time out 25 minutes.

Call No. 13 January 10th, 1:12PM, ready squad responded to 718 10th St SE, Taco John’s, to investigate odor smell in the basement. Firefighters checked for smoke/fire none was detected. Cause-unknown. Time out 30 minutes.

Call No. 14 January 10th, 6:22PM, ready squad responded to 611 14th Ave SE, Single Family Dwelling, to investigate fire alarm activation. Firefighters checked for smoke/fire none was detected. Cause-burnt food. Fire alarm was reset. Time out 20 minutes.

Call No. 15 January 12th, 12:35PM, ready squad responded to 102 3rd Ave SE, City Hall, to investigate a strange odor. Firefighters checked for smoke/fire none was detected. Cause-roof vent fan. Time out 35 minutes.

Call No. 16 January 15th, 1:35PM, ready squad responded to 315 7th St SW, Single Family Dwelling, to check for carbon monoxide. Firefighters analyzed for carbon monoxide and 35 ppm was detected. Occupant was advised to have the vent secure on by a qualified firm. Cause-vent on hot water heater was off. Time out 1 hour.

Call No. 17 January 15th, 4:08PM, ready squad responded to 2404 Circle Drive, NDSH-Tompkins Building, to investigate fire alarm activation. Firefighters checked for smoke/fire none was detected. Cause-steam from shower activated alarm. Fire alarm was reset. Time out 35 minutes.
