CITY, N.D. – (NewsDakota.com) Police Officer Sean Hagen is the School Resource Office for the Valley City School District.

Officer Hagen said he looks forward to building positive relationships with students, staff and parents. He wants everyone to feel safe in their environment and to learn that police officers are there for many positive reasons.  He said it’s no secret the minute you put the uniform on, some people think the presents of police officers bring on all kinds of negative thoughts and assumptions. One of Officer Hagen’s goals is to change that persona about police officers in the eyes of the students, staff, parents and the community.

Officer Hagen said his door is always open and he welcomes anyone who wants to visit, has concerns or just needs to talk.

Please do not hesitate to stop in or contact him. He can be reached at 701-840-9761 or sean.hagen@k12.nd.us
