N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The University of Jamestown Wind Ensemble will present their winter concert on Sunday at the Reiland Fine Arts Center.
The performance is scheduled for Sunday, December 4th at 2 PM and features a mix of tradition and modern Christmas Music. UJ Director of Instrumental Music Dr. Laura Lynch says the selection has been favored by most of the band members.
Dr. Lynch says there will be a reception to follow the concert.
Roughly 45 students make up the wind ensemble and a majority of them aren’t music majors. There are also six community members including three professors who make up the band.
The concert will be free and open to the public.
