CITY (NewsDakota.com)- Valley City was ranked 9th in the first North Dakota Coaches’ Wrestling poll of the 2016-17 season. The top 4 spots belong to West Fargo, Century, Minot and Bismarck. Wahpeton is 5th followed by Mandan, Williston, Davies and then Valley City. GF Central sits at No.10.
In The EDC Poll The Hi-Liners are 3rd. Wahpeton is 1st and Davies 2nd. For the west Bismarck is on top, with Century and Minot 2nd and 3rd. VCHS’s Parker Larson is 4th in the 126 pound rankings with Rylee Bjork (145), Logan Erlandson (170) and Jaden Oestern (220) ranked 5th. Jaustin Opatz (113) and Jared Undem (138) are 6th.
