N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Matt Opsahl has worked with the James River Humane Society for quite some time and is currently working on a statewide venture.

Opsahl is the Vice President of the James River Humane Society board, travels to assist other shelters with foster pets and saves husky dog breeds in his spare time.

Opsahl is also working with shelters and foster groups across the state to form a statewide association.
