(NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown volleyball team saw their regular season end on Tuesday night with a 3-0 loss to Century (25-17, 25-14, 25-22), but they now can turn their attention to returning to the state tournament. The West Region volleyball tournament begins November 10th in Minot.

The Jays finished with a conference record of 14-4 and grabbed the No. 3 spot. They will open the tournament against Mandan, who they only played once in the regular season. Jamestown and Mandan met last week in the Jays final home match and they won convincingly 3-0.

That match will be the final one of the day, scheduled for 7pm. The matches will be played at Minot High School.

1pm: Century vs. St. Mary’s/Williston winner

3pm: Bismarck vs. Minot

5pm: Legacy vs. Dickinson/TMCHS winner

7pm: Jamestown vs. Mandan
