CITY, ND – (NewsDakota.com) The Valley City Education Association presented a ,270 donation to the Heck Family for the Todd Heck Scholarship recently.

Valley City Public School Staff members raised funds by paying to wear jeans for a week and hosted a bake sale to raise money for the family. 

Spokeswoman Nicole Powers said money was also raised by the Washington School Student Council by selling pumpkins. A big thank you to everyone who donated.
