CITY, ND – (NewsDakota.com) KOVC Radio celebrated 80 years of broadcasting by throwing a birthday party inside the broadcast center in downtown Valley City.
Tim Ost, Steve Urness, Rod Reel and Dan Michaels talked about the great memories they had working for the Ingstad family and KOVC Radio.
Larry Gauper starting working at KOVC Radio in 1959 and shared a few of his memories of working for the Ingstad family with Steve Urness.
Several people throughout the community attended the party and enjoyed cake, cookies, punch and coffee during the 80th anniversary celebration on October 26th in Valley City.
