N.D. (NewsDakota.com./Valley News Live) – Residents in the city of Wyndmere, North Dakota are wondering where their mail has gone.
A report from Valley News Live says packages, birthday money and important documents are being opened and sometimes stolen. Victims say the problem has been happening since May of this year.
A Wyndmere man who came forward asked to remain anonymous. He says people have complained and reported it to officials.
The U.S. Postal Service reports that they are aware of the situation. They say they’re going to continue working very closely with law enforcement partners and the U.S. Postal Service Inspection Service to ensure the issue ceases.
