N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The University of Jamestown has released their 2015 safety report in accordance with the Clery Act.
The Clery Act is a federal mandate that requires all institutions of higher education to disclose information about their campuses and the surrounding community. The University of Jamestown released their report for the 2015 year.
According to the report, the University has maintained their place as one of the safest campuses in North Dakota. In 2015, there were reports of the following:
1 Rape offense
1 Domestic Violence
1 Drug Abuse Arrest
39 Liquor Law Violations
The University also reports that no hate crimes were reported in 2015.
