CITY, ND – (NewsDakota.com) Johnathan “John” Fleener is listed as a High Risk Sex Offender by the North Dakota Risk Level Committee and is now registered as living at 3506 109th Ave SE, Valley City, ND.

Fleener is a 28-year-old, white male 5’11” and 260 lbs. with Brown Hair and Blue Eyes.

According to a Barnes County Sheriff’s office news release, Fleener was convicted in January of 2010 in Barnes County District Court for sexually assaulted a 16-year-old coworker.

Fleener is not wanted by law enforcement at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court. Any use of this information to threaten, assault or intimidate the offender will result in prosecution according to the Barnes County Sheriff’s office.
