(NewsDakota.com) – Jamestown and Century meeting in high school volleyball has been the marquee match-up in the WDA over the past four seasons and they met for the first time in 2016 last night at Jerry Meyer Arena. The Patriots walked away with a straight set win 3-0 (25-13, 25-22, 27-25) to stay unbeaten in conference play.

The Patriots lead big in set two, before Jamestown scored eight straight to tie it up. Out of a timeout, Century scored four quick ones to retake a lead they would not give back.

Jamestown lead 15-8 in set three before the Patriots started their comeback. The Jays had one set point in the third.

Reagan Dennis lead the way with 15 kills and 20 digs for Century. Megan Gaffaney had 25 assists for the Jays and McKayla Kurtz had eight kills.
