CITY, ND – (NewsDakota.com) The Sheyenne Valley Friends of Animals Canine Carnival was held Sunday in Valley City.

There was a pet parade, free-will lunch, a scavenger hunt, dog wash and a drawing for a 32″ TV donated by BEK.
