N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Wednesday afternoon storms have caused some roadways to be covered in water.

The North Dakota Department of Transportation reports that water is covering portions of Highway 11 west of Ellendale, roughly 14 miles to the west.

“Signs are in place and flaggers will temporarily direct traffic through the area until the water recedes,” the NDDOT reports in a release. “Motorist are asked to reduce their speeds and use caution when traveling through this area as fluctuating water levels may be hazardous to motorists.”
