N.D.– A Jamestown woman has died of injuries sustained in a one vehicle accident that ended with her vehicle partially in the Jamestown Reservoir.

The Stutsman County Sheriff’s Department says 33 year old Carissa Tripp was found in her vehicle by Sheriff Chad Kaiser shortly after 11 a.m. Monday on West Lakeside Road located on the west side of the reservoir.

According to the Sheriff’s Department; Tripp’s vehicle struck a tree before ending up in the reservoir, and she was not wearing a seatbelt.
