CITY,ND(NewsDakota.Com)- The Valley City High School Athletic Department would like Hi-Liner Parents to be aware of the upcoming events regarding the upcoming school year
The Fall Sports Parent meeting will be August 4th at 7:00 PM in the HAC. There will be a general session for approx. 30 minutes, followed by sport specific breakout meetings.
Impact baseline concussion testing will be Aug. 10 and 11 from 10 am to 12 pm in the JH Mac Labs. Testing is required for any athlete entering the 7th and 10th grades, new to VCHS, or any athlete who has sustained a concussion in previous years. The Booster Club will be kicking off their fall membership drive at the Fall Sports Parent meeting and at Sr/Jr High registration. Attached is a photo of the new yard signs being sold by the Football Team Parents. They will be for sale at the Fall Sports Parents meeting for $10.00 each and through arrangement with Nicole Powers. Please contact Mrs. Powers via e-mail:Nicole.Powers@k12.nd.us if you are interested in a yard sign.
All athletes are required to have a current physical on file before they can practice. Please consider scheduling your son’s or daughters physical as soon as possible to ensure they will be ready to go by their first practice date.
