BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A crane that has been perched on a busy Bismarck street for more than two years is being removed.

The crane has been used to help install an air system at St. Alexius Medical Center. The right lane of a section of 9th Street during that time has been closed to traffic.

The crane is being removed Saturday. St. Alexius will complete necessary repairs to the street by the end of August.

The city of Bismarck did not charge the hospital for the use of the lane.
