CITY, ND – (NewsDakota.com) Three people are now on the September 15th special election ballot and are vying to serve out the remaining two year term of former mayor Bob Werkhoven who resigned on May 12th.

City Auditor Avis Richter said Janice Klein, Scott Sandvick and Dave Carlsrud successfully gathered the necessary signatures to be on the ballot.

She said there will be one polling site inside the city commission chambers for residents to cast their vote during the September 15th special election.
