(NewsDakota.com) – The University of Jamestown women’s basketball team finished the season with a school-record 29 wins and both the regular season and postseason titles in the North Star Athletic Association. The postseason accolades came rolling in and haven’t stopped yet.

The North Dakota Associated Press Sportswriters and Sportscasters Association handed out their college awards this morning and the Jimmies were honored again. Coach Greg Ulland was named the female coach of the year and the team shared the team of the year honor with Dickinson State softball.

Two-time All-american Jessica Buck finished as a finalist for athlete of the year, so the Jimmies nearly swept the awards.
