LAKE, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A Jamestown man was sentenced to 10 years in prison for sexual contact with a 10 year-old girl.

37 year-old Paul Frederick Cross of Jamestown was charged in Ramsey District Court with Gross Sexual Imposition in December after inappropriately touching and exposing himself to the victim in 2012. He faced a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison, but was sentenced last Thursday to 10 years in prison.

Cross was given credit for five days served. He must also pay $535 in fees.
