CITY (NewsDakota.com) The Valley City Police Department would like to inform the citizens of Valley City that a “High” risk sex offender moved to Valley City.

Interim Chief of Police Mark McDonald said 27-year-old Tyler Wayne Delmore registered with the police department and said Delmore would be living at 135 2nd street southeast in Valley City.

Delmore was convicted of Gross Sexual Imposition in Barnes County when at 19 he had sex with a 14 year old girl in 2005.

Community notifications like this are the responsibility of local law enforcement agencies. Attempts to harass, intimidate, or threaten the sex offender or their families, landlords, or employers will be turned over for prosecution.
