CITY, ND -(NewsDakota.com) Some people may say the weather has gone to the dogs over the last few days but others are welcoming the much needed moisture across North Dakota.

Firefighters, farmers and ranchers are just a few of the people breathing a sigh of relief across the state. Below are a few rainfall totals reported around the region and the state.

Valley City radio studio’s reported .60, Jamestown 1.40, Oakes .70, Fingal .64, Litchville 1.20, Dazey 2.10 (Southwest of Dazey) Sundstrom’s Landing 1.15, Bismarck 1.58, Minot 1.20, Fargo .72, Grand Forks .33 an Aberdeen, South Dakota .30 inches of rain reported.

On the opposite side, there have been a few days of great weather here and there like the below photo that was taken on April 20th on the shores of Lake Ashtabula.
