(NewsDakota.com) Senior Michael Kelly earned his second Class B Region I win of the season as the Oakes High School baseball team shutout the previously unbeaten Vikings of Kindred/Richland 6-0 Saturday afternoon at Cummings Field.
Kelly, who struck out seven in the victory, also had a day at the dish, which included a two RBI double in the sixth.
The Vikings had their first loss in a regional game falling to 2-1.
