Mae Patrick, daughter of Dale and Yvette Patrick, Jamestown, ND was born on Thursday, March 31st, 2016 at 10:08 a.m. at Sanford Medical Hospital in Fargo, ND. She weighed 4 pounds, 1 ounce and was 17 inches long. She had a head full of beautiful, dark hair and a face of an angel.

She passed away in her Mommy’s arms, with her daddy right beside her at 1:04 a.m. on April 1st, 2016.

Gracie Mae fought for 15 hours and blessed her family with her angelic presence. Gracie experienced holding hands, emotional embraces and loving words with her mommy, daddy and big sister Kadance. She was given hugs and kisses from loving family and friends. During her brief visit on earth, she was wrapped in so much love from those who truly cared about her. She touched the hearts of all who met her and was truly a beautiful, perfect angel.

Gracie is survived by her parents, big sister Kadance, maternal great grandmother Louise Beneway, Poughkeepsie, NY, maternal grandmother Linda Wilen, Lehr, ND, paternal grandparents Dale and Dorothy Patrick, Bismarck, ND, many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and wonderful friends.

She was preceded in death by her great grandparents and grandfather Vernon Wilen, whom can hold her in his arms until we see her again.

A Prayer Service will be held Wednesday, April 6th, 2016 at 7:00 PM at Haut Funeral Home, Jamestown, ND.

Interment will be at the Wilen Cemetery, Lehr, ND.
