Friday, March 18^th, Koltyn Grebel age 9 of Express Wrestling of Valley City qualified at 60 lbs, grades K-6 for the Elementary All- State team held in Mandan and will represent North Dakota competing in Council Bluffs Iowa on April 15-16. 

On Saturday, March 19^th, Express Wrestling took 3 youth wrestlers to compete in Spearfish, South Dakota at the Black Hills Nationals tournament. Ethan Miller took 2nd place in the Midget division (ages 9-10) at 80 lbs, Koltyn Grebel placed 3^rd in the Midget division (ages 9-10) at 60 lbs and Koye Grebel 5^th in the Midget division (ages 9-10) at 70 lbs. The crew also traveled with Brothers Boden and Griffin Greenley from Lisbon who placed at the tournament as well.

The Express Wrestling of VC will have over 15 wrestlers competing this weekend in Bismarck at the ND State Folkstyle Individual and Dual tournaments.
