“Bob” Werran, age 73, of Clifford, ND died Saturday, March 13, 2016 at his residence in Clifford.  A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 AM Friday, March 18, 2016 at St. Catherine’s Catholic Church in Valley City with Msgr. Dennis Skonseng celebrant.  Visitation will be one hour prior to services Friday at the church.  Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery near Valley City later in the spring.  Lerud-Schuldt Funeral Home is assisting with funeral arrangements.

Bob was born June 9, 1942 to John and Marguerite Werran in Fargo ND. He attended school at rural Edendale #1 and graduated from Clifford High School. On August 2, 1968 he married Dorothy Behm. They made their home in Clifford, ND. Bob worked various jobs in Mayville and many years at the American Crystal Sugar Plant as a security guard in Hillsboro, ND. Bob was preceded in death by his wife, mother and father. He is survived by brothers Tom (Mary) Werran, Ron(Karen) Werran, and Pat Werran; sisters: Pam (Marlowe) Rud, and Mary (Joe) McCullough; sister-in-law: Joan Jewett; brother-in-law: Joe Behm; and many nieces and nephews.
