N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Police Department is warning area residents of a registered sex offender living in his car in the city.
According to the Jamestown Police Department, 31 year-old Anthony Allen Rolland is currently living in his car at the 100 Blk of 1st Street West. His vehicle is a white 2001 Pontiac Grand AM with the license plate 421AKA.
Mr. Rolland has been assigned a high risk assessment by the North Dakota risk level committee. He was charged in 2001 with Gross Sexual Imposition after forcing a 10 year-old girl to have sex with him. He was also charged in 2003 after engaging in sexual contact with a 13 year-old girl.
Rolland is not wanted at this time and has served his sentence. The notification is meant for public safety only. Any attempt to use the information to threaten, assault or intimidate the offender will result in prosecution.
