My family has been supplied electricity by Dakota Valley Electric Cooperative for longer than I have been alive.

Most everyone in the office and field crew knows us by name and are very skilled in and dedicated to providing us with a reliable source of electricity and heat. And their commitment to us is duly noted and greatly appreciated.

One of the most comforting parts of being a member of a Basin Electric co-op is how committed they are to their members. They genuinely care about our needs and work diligently to ensure that we have a consistent supply of reliable electricity.

A great testament to their commitment is how quickly they respond to an outage. When experiencing and outage, we can easily reach them to report it. They immediately start sending crews out to inspect and assess the situation and update us on the progress frequently. They are great about following up with each community member to confirm that the problem is solved completely.

Dakota Valley and Basin Electric are great organizations to have in our community. Thank you for your outstanding commitment to my family and our neighbors and also for this great opportunity.
