FORK, ND – (NewsDakota.com) Minot State University President Steven Shirley is among three candidates still in the running to be the next president of the University of North Dakota.
The other candidates are former U.S. Congressman Mark Kennedy, director of the Graduate School of Political Management at George Washington University and Nagi Naganathan, dean of the College of Engineering at the University of Toledo.
The State Board of Higher Eduation will interview the three finalists on Tuesday, March 15th to decide who gets the job.
Before taking the job at Minot State, Shirley was the president of Valley City State University.
