LOOKOUT, MO. (NewsDakota.com) – Indiana University East ended the Valley City State University men’s basketball season with a 81-69 win in the 2nd round of the NAIA Division II Men’s Basketball National Championship on Friday afternoon. 

The Red Wolves (21-13 overall) had four players score in double figures and were paced by Vasha Davies with 19 points. 

IU East shoot 27-35 from the free throw line and went 8-18 from beyond the arc. 

Darryl Howell led the Vikings with 19 points, while Justyn Galloway added another 14 points on the afternoon for VCSU. 

The Vikings finish the season with an overall record of 22-11.
