(NewsDakota.com) – Three Bison scored in double figures as Barnes County North edged Litchville-Marion-Montpelier 50-47 Thursday night in District 5 boys basketball action.
Brad Clemens and Jacoby Kramlich each scored 13 points for BCN, and Cody Christ added 11 as they picked up the three-point victory. The Bison jumped out to a 24-9 lead after the first quarter, and led 36-20 at the half. Kramlich scored 11 of his points in BCN’s big first quarter.
LMM stormed back in the third quarter, outscoring BCN 18-5 to get within 41-38 entering the final period.
Garrett Van Asperen scored 18 points for LMM, including 13 in the second half.
Up next: BCN goes to Edgeley-Kulm for a District 5 game on Tuesday. LMM hosts Pingree-Buchanan-Kensal for a District 5 game on Monday.
