(NewsDakota.com) Three men are scheduled to have interviews in Oakes next week to be named to succeed current Oakes superintendent Josh Johnson.

Shawn Yates is presently the superintendent at Edmunds Central School District based in Roscoe, South Dakota.

Kraig Steinhoff is the current assistant director at the Southeast Region Career and Technology Center in Oakes.

Chip Sundberg is the current superintendent of the Highmore-Harrold School District based in Highmore, South Dakota.

Yates’ interview is scheduled for Tuesday, March 8. Steinhoff will meet with school officials on Wednesday, March 9 and Sundberg will interview on Thursday, March 10.

Josh Johnson is leaving at the end of the 2015-16 school year to be the superintendent at Valley City Public Schools.
