Riemerman, age 60, Jamestown, ND, formerly of Valley City, ND, died Thursday, February 25th at Sanford Health, Fargo, ND.  A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, March 7th at the Congregational United Church of Christ Church in Valley City.  Visitation will be held one hour before the service at the church on Monday morning.

Paul Arthur Riemerman, the son of William and Mary Ann (Finch) Riemerman, was born October 9, 1955 in Minneapolis, MN.  Paul grew up and attended school in the St. Paul, MN area.  On June 18, 1975 he enlisted with the US Airforce and was Honorably Discharged on January 7, 1977.  After his discharge from the Airforce, Paul worked as a Professional Journalist and Photographer.  He worked for a number of local newspapers and most recently was the Editor of the Valley City Times Record.  He took great pride in telling the stories of the people he encountered in his work.  In 1984, Paul married Grayce Cassidy in Minneapolis, MN.  Grayce died on August 15, 2012.  In 2013, Paul married Sharon Hehn, whom he met through the Congregational United Church of Christ Church in Valley City where he was very active member.

Paul is survived by his wife Sharon, Jamestown, ND; his father, William Riemerman, Minneapolis, MN; his brothers, James and Geoff Riemermann, Columbia Heights, MN; one sister, Deborah Cepedah, Minneapolis, MN; his nieces, Andrea, Alana, Nastassja and Matilda; nephews, Aaron, Zachary and Ezra; step-daughters, Hillary Ray, Allison Campbell and Faith Stoppleworth; he was also remembered with much love by his extended family and many friends.

Paul was preceded in death by his mother, his wife Grayce and step-son Ray.
