CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Your Farmers Union Insurance of Valley City is Freshmen Jaden Oestern. 

Jaden advanced to his first varsity tournament final of his young career on Saturday, January 30th in Fertile, Minnesota at the Northwest Tournament. Jaden’s signature win was knocking off Jemario Jones of Minot in the semifinals by a score of 12-7. Jones is ranked #6 in the latest ND Class A poll at 195lbs.

Jaden improved his season record to 29 wins against just 13 losses, he is a member of the Valley City “A” honor roll and was an academic all-state wrestler in 2015.

Jaeden also participates in football and baseball for the Hi-Liners.
