N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – An Oakes man is in the Stustman County Jail in Jamestown on a probation violation from earlier charges this month related to an alleged rape.
22 year old Allec Anderson was arrested last Thursday evening in Oakes and transferred to Jamestown on charges of possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia; both Class B Misdemeanors. The charges resulted in a violation of Anderson’s probation.
Anderson already faces a Class AA Felony charge of Gross Sexual Imposition in addition to a Class C Felony charge of Terrorizing and a Class B Felony charge of Aggravated Assault from an alleged rape of a 37 year old woman in mid-December.
Bond for Anderson has been set at $5,000.
