– The Maple Valley boys and girls basketball teams swept Barnes County North on Saturday during a doubleheader at North Central School.

Ethen Preston scored 17 points to lead three Raiders in double figures as they knocked off the Bison 66-46 in the boys game. Derek Fletcher led BCN with 18 points.

In the girls game, Cassie Pautz scored 18 points and Rylee Nudell dropped 16 as they led the Raiders to a 50-41 victory. Jenna Gullickson scored 13 for BCN in the loss.
