SIOUX CITY, IA – Two Jamestown Jimmies were given first team honors, with one on the second team and one honorable mention on the GPAC all-conference softball teams, which were released Tuesday.

Infielder Sam Martinez and outfielder Trinity Gregg made the first team.  Martinez, a senior from Oceanside, California, hit .333 this season with 14 doubles, tied for second in the conference, and 37 RBI, which is tied for sixth in the GPAC.  Gregg, a sophomore from Barnesville, Minnesota, is eighth in the conference in batting at .373 with 18 runs batted in.  Gregg has hit .350 over her first two seasons as a Jimmie.

Abby Blair was named to the second team as a utility player.  Blair, a sophomore from Banks, Oregon, is one of 12 GPAC pitchers to have at least 10 wins.  She was 10-8 with a 2.01 ERA, the seventh best in the GPAC.  Blair is 19-12 in her first two years with Jamestown.

Senior Gentrey Turin earned honorable mention.  Turin, from Sandy, Oregon, hit .324 with nine doubles and 18 RBI this season and hit .275 in 164 career games for UJ.
