LINCOLN, NE – To end the spring golf season, University of Jamestown women were third and men second in the NSAA Spring Championships, which concluded Tuesday at Woodland Hills Golf Course.

The 72-hole event combined scores from these two days of play and from the fall championship, held last September in Carrington.

Bellevue won the women’s title for the sixth straight year.

The Jimmies’ Isabella Crafford earned first-team all-NSAA with a third place individual finish at 21-over 307 (76-72-81-78).  Celi Nelson finished 11th at 47-over 333 (72-81-92-88).  Tied for 14th at 66-over 352 were Kyra Hager (86-79-96-91) and Ellie Garavaglia (85-80-96-91).

At 13-under, Bellevue’s men won for the sixth straight year.  The Jimmies finished at 32-over.

Three UJ golfers made the top seven and first team all-NSAA.  Max Noffsinger was fourth at three-over 289 (70-69-77-73).  Gehrig Geiss placed fifth at five-over 291 (70-72-76-73).  Bodie Williams was seventh at seven-over 293 (71-70-75-77).

Aidan Hall made second team all-conference with a 13th-place finish at 26-over 312 (75-74-84-79).
