BISMARCK – University of Jamestown junior Celi Nelson has been named as the NSAA Women’s Golfer of the Week for the period ending April 14.

As the Jimmie women won the Dickinson State Invitational, Nelson took the individual title, shooting eight-over 80 in very difficult conditions and winning by three shots.  The event was shortened to 18 holes because of the weather, which included temperatures in the 30s, sleet and 25 to 35 mph winds.
